Review of Sahara Ward B written by a patient
23rd April 2016

I did receive my treatment on time and most of the staff do work in a professional way and one kind also informed me in advance about everything involved in my care and treatment. The bad thing is about this introduction of discharge ward which I really found so disturbing and useless.

The individual feel - patience and care throughout. One was looked after and considered throughout. My wife and daughter were also treated very well especially with the initial diagnosis being given.

- The staff were generally really kind, caring, and generally wonderful, Vicky and Tina were superb not just with me but also some patients who were very confused. There are a couple of points which I would raise as a concern. 1) On at least 2 occasions I had to ask staff not to speak in front of me in a foreign language which made me feel uncomfortable. 2) The pharmacist came and left my medication draw open and walk off giving me access as well as other patients to my drugs.

Seen very quickly which was a relief. Concerned that some of the nurses did not speak English well enough! Thank to all!
